General information

The third international workshop on “State of the Art in Nuclear Cluster Physics” will be held at the KGU (Kanto Gakuin University) Kannai Media Center, Yokohama, Japan, during May 26-30, 2014. The first workshop of the series was held in Strasbourg in 2008 and the second one was in Brussels in 2010. After these two successful workshops, we hope to discuss the present status and future perspectives of the nuclear cluster physics.

Deadline for abstract submission: Feb. 28
Selection of the oral and poster presentations: Mar. 31.
Early registration: Apr. 30.
Proceedings manuscript submission: July 31.

Workshop Schedule ad Social Events

We will have the invited and oral presentations in May 26-30. We also have a welcome reception in the evening of May 26, and a banquet dinner on May 29. Scientific program will be announced in the final circular.

Conference site

The conference site is KGU (Kanto Gakuin University) Kannai Media Center, which is located on the 8th floor of Yokohama Media Business Center (YMBC), Yokohama, Japan. It takes about 1hr and 50 minutes from Narita airport and 40 minutes from Haneda airport by trains. Details on the conference site and access are given in our web sites.

Registration

Online registration for SOTANCP3 will be available here from Jan. 20. The registration fees cover abstract book, proceedings, welcome reception, coffee breaks and banquet dinner. The registration fees for accompanying persons cover welcome reception, coffee breaks and banquet dinner. The fees are listed below and credits cards are available for online payment.

Abstract submission

The abstract format for SOTANCP3 and the on-line submission are also available after the registration to the web site.

The deadline for the submission is Feb 20.
